Returns & Refund Policy
At Bali Hair Care, we take immense pride in the quality and botanical integrity of our products. We want you to feel confident in your purchase, which is why we offer a clear and straightforward return process.
1. Our 3-Day Return Window
We provide a 3-day return policy, which means you have 3 days after receiving your item to request a return. Because our products are fresh, natural formulations, we keep this window short to ensure the quality of any returned stock.
2. Eligibility & Conditions
To ensure the safety and hygiene of all our customers, we maintain strict return conditions:
Sealed & Unused: To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it unopened, unused, and with the original safety seals intact.
Original Packaging: The product must be in its original premium packaging.
Proof of Purchase: Please retain your order confirmation or receipt to help us process your request faster.
Note on Hygiene: Due to the nature of hair care products, we cannot accept returns for bottles that have been opened, tested, or used. This ensures that every Bali Hair Care customer receives a brand-new, uncontaminated product.
3. The Return Process

Once your return is authorized, you will be asked to ship the product back to our facility. Please note that customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
4. Inspection and Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved Refunds: If approved, your refund will be automatically processed back to your original payment method (or via Bank Transfer/EasyPaisa for COD orders).
Processing Time: Please allow 5–7 working days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank’s processing times.
5. Damaged or Wrong Items
Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right at no extra cost to you.
