Shipping & Delivery Policy

1. Order Processing Time

Consistency is key. All orders are processed within 1–2 working days (Monday to Friday).

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the following business day.
  • Once your order is packed and dispatched, you will receive a confirmation message with your tracking details.

2. Estimated Delivery Timelines

We ship nationwide across Pakistan. Your estimated wait time depends on your location:

  • Within Karachi: Expect your delivery within 2–3 working days.

  • Other Cities (Lahore, Islamabad, etc.): Delivery typically takes 3–5 working days.

Please note that during peak sale periods or new collection launches, processing times may slightly increase. We appreciate your patience.

3. Shipping Charges

Transparency is important to us. Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of your order and your delivery location. The final shipping fee will be clearly displayed at the Checkout page before you finalize your purchase.

4. Cash on Delivery (COD)

For your convenience and peace of mind, we offer Cash on Delivery services across Pakistan. Please ensure the exact amount is ready for the courier agent to avoid delivery delays.

5. Tracking Your Package

Once your order is in transit, we will provide a tracking number. You can use this to monitor your package’s journey from our warehouse to your doorstep.

6. Delays & Courier Responsibility

While we do our absolute best to ensure timely delivery, Bali Hair Care is not held responsible for:

  • Delays caused by courier service internal issues.

  • Unforeseen circumstances such as extreme weather, strikes, or road closures.

  • Incorrect addresses provided by the customer (please double-check your details at checkout!).
